The Media and Representation Team at GLAAD works to ensure fair, accurate, and inclusive portrayals of LGBT individuals in media. They collaborate with creators, monitor content, and advocate for marginalized communities, addressing specific needs through roles focused on communities of color, Spanish language and Latinx media, transgender representation, news, and social media safety.
