Behshad Ghadimi is an experienced project manager and structural engineer with a robust background in construction and project management across diverse roles. Currently serving as a Project Manager at GL Seaman & Company since April 2022, Ghadimi previously held positions at Virginia Tech as a Graduate Research Assistant, where the development of case studies on distressed P3 transportation projects took place. Prior experience includes project management at Behshad & Moore and Associates and Ocean Breeze Construction, Inc., alongside structural engineering roles at Parlee Engineering Inc. and Iran International Engineering Co. Ghadimi holds a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering and Management and an MBA in Organizational Leadership and Strategic Management from Virginia Tech, as well as a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
