Mahmoud ElSharkawy is an experienced software testing and automation professional currently serving as the Lead Software Development Engineer in Test at Giza Systems since November 2023, responsible for overseeing test automation activities and mentoring a team of over 20 members. Previously, Mahmoud held similar roles at _VOIS, where leadership of test automation for major projects involved mentoring across a guild of 250 members, and at Giza Systems as a Software Testing & Test Automation Lead, implementing quality control processes. With earlier experience at solutions by stc, Incorta, and CIT Global, Mahmoud has a proven track record in test automation across various software layers and has participated in numerous significant projects, including billing and financial systems. Mahmoud holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Ahram Canadian University, enhancing a solid foundation in software testing principles and best practices.
