Elena Guberman is an accomplished professional in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector with extensive experience in operations, marketing, and growth strategy. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Zero to CPG and Head of Growth at Givr Packaging, Elena focuses on empowering early-stage CPG founders and promoting sustainability. Previously, Elena held the position of Chief Executive Officer at TBH, leading the launch of a vegan Nutella alternative, and co-founded Rubbish Inc., advocating for clean and sustainable communities. Elena's background also includes managing operations at Peeled Snacks and Little Duck Organics, as well as overseeing logistics and quality assurance at Systems Trading Corporation. Elena holds a BA in International/Intercultural Studies and Art History from Fordham University and has studied at Universitat de Barcelona.
