Ainars Springis is an accomplished entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in the jewellery and retail sectors. As the founder of GRENARDI since 2000, Ainars has established a luxury jewellery brand that features over 30 globally recognized and proprietary brands, catering to a clientele seeking sophistication and uniqueness. In 2018, Ainars founded GIVEN, offering high-quality, affordable jewellery designed for a diverse customer base. Additionally, Ainars founded Goldwork in 2019, which stands out as Latvia's leading jewellery service centre known for quality and excellence. Ainars is also an investor in BranchTrack, a SaaS company focused on online training solutions, and was previously involved with eegloo business lab, a startup accelerator. Earlier entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding Leopard Group, which served the HORECA segment, and TSC, alongside co-founding DT Mobile, a prominent mobile phone retail chain in Latvia. Ainars holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from RISEBA University of Applied Sciences.
