Swati Shahi is a seasoned professional in corporate social responsibility (CSR), currently serving as the Manager of CSR Partnerships at Give since November 2020, after progressing from the role of Assistant Manager. Prior experiences include positions as Manager of Charity & CSR at SocioLadder for a brief tenure in late 2019, and as Assistant Manager at both Samhita Social Ventures and Magic Bus India Foundation from April 2018 to August 2019 and May 2016 to February 2018, respectively. Swati began their career as a Management Trainee focused on research. Swati holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, completed between 2014 and 2016.
