Amar Patel (EIT, M.ENG) currently serves as a Maintenance Planner at Give and Go Prepared Foods since October 2022. Previously, Amar worked as an Executive Engineer - Maintenance at Apollo Tyres Ltd, focusing on fabrication work for machinery and implementing POKE-YOKE, 5S, and KAIZEN methodologies. Prior experience also includes roles as an Assistant Engineer at Maxxis Tyres, where responsibilities involved planning and executing preventive maintenance, and as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer at Shah Alloys Limited, tasked with planning routine maintenance and supervising equipment repairs. Amar holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University.
