Philippe Abouna, Executive MBA, currently serves as the Continuous Improvement Site Lead at Givaudan since July 2019. Prior experience includes roles at Ethicon, Inc. and Medtronic, where Philippe held positions focused on process excellence and Lean Six Sigma practices. Philippe's tenure at SICPA involved managing performance and operational excellence projects across multiple countries, as well as leading quality and project management training at Altran Switzerland. Earlier roles include automotive project management at Grupo Antolin and quality leadership at PSA Peugeot Citroën, contributing to the development and reliability of vehicles for the Latin market. Philippe holds a Master of Business Administration from HEC Lausanne and a Master of Engineering from Université de Technologie de Compiègne, alongside certifications in Lean Six Sigma.
