Joris Jellema currently serves as the Head of Operations Naturals Ingredients at Givaudan, overseeing the Naturals Ingredients supply chain across 15 manufacturing sites in EAME and NOAM since September 2015. Joris has held several leadership roles within Givaudan, including Head of Operations Naturals EAME and Global Head of Supply Chain Flavours, where responsibilities included meeting SCM targets, implementing best practices globally, and leading transformation initiatives. With extensive experience in supply chain management, Joris previously served as APAC Supply Chain Manager and Operations Director in Indonesia, directing regional manufacturing and logistics efforts. Joris's career began at Unilever, followed by significant roles at Quest International, where Joris contributed to global operations, project management, and supply chain improvements. Joris holds a Master's in Supply Chain Management from Nyenrode Business University and a Master's in Industrial Engineering from the University of Twente.
