Matt LeBlanc is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in sourcing, operational excellence, and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Sourcing & Enablement at GitHub since 2023, Matt leads global teams focused on talent sourcing and acquisition enablement. Prior to this role, Matt held various leadership positions at Microsoft, including Director and Senior Manager in Global Talent Acquisition Operations, where responsibilities included driving operational excellence and developing recruiting tools. Previous experience also includes roles at Cargill and ADP, showcasing a strong background in talent sourcing across multiple industries. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University.
