Kai Hilton-Jones serves as the Vice President of Field Services, International at GitHub, where responsibilities include overseeing technical sales across EMEA and APAC while leading Solutions Engineering, Field Architecture, and Specialist teams. With a career spanning over two decades, Kai has held several leadership roles at GitHub, significantly contributing to the establishment and growth of high-performing technical sales teams. Prior experience includes positions at Qlik, where management of solution architects and involvement in strategic initiatives were key focuses, as well as earlier roles at Harte-Hanks managing marketing technology projects and pre-sales services. Kai holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London and a German Abitur from the German School Association - Deutsche Schule London.
