Heidi Helen Pilypas is an experienced professional in design and support engineering, currently serving as a Support Engineer II at GitHub since February 2023 within the Security & Revenue Support team. As the founder and designer of 44 Pixels Studio, established in 2013, Heidi has catered to small business design needs and began creating icons for iOS applications by 2014. Additionally, Heidi founded When Did I…?, an iOS app for tracking events, and co-founded Capsicum, a daily-planner app, alongside Ish ShaBazz. Previous experience includes roles as a Design Consultant at Illuminated Bits LLC, a Product Support Specialist at Sketch, and a Customer Service Representative at Datacom, among others. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Visual Arts in Photography from the University of South Australia and has furthered education with diplomas in Business & Management and a Certificate IV in Information Technology.
