Zeno Kapitein is a Product Designer currently at GitBook, specializing in app interfaces and documentation sites for clients. Prior experience includes a role at Crisp, enhancing the grocery app for locally sourced food, and a Design Engineer position at Riverside.fm, where Zeno bridged user experience and engineering. Zeno has a substantial freelance background in design and development, and has worked with Dutch Coding Company as a full-time designer and developer, while also gaining experience at Mijksenaar in wayfinding design. Zeno held leadership positions in public relations for Wervingsdagen and as Chief Editor for UNiD Magazine. Zeno Kapitein obtained a Master of Arts in Digital Experience Design from Hyper Island and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from Eindhoven University of Technology.
