Lesley Tull is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Management & OD at Girteka since July 2022. Previously, Lesley held significant roles at Danfoss, including Head of People Development, where leadership involved DE&I, L&D, Change Management, and Neuroscience, and as VP HR, overseeing global HR functions. Lesley's earlier positions include VP Talent at Pentair, responsible for Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness programs, and various HR leadership roles at Tyco International and Johnson Controls Automotive. Lesley's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Apparel and Textile Manufacture.
