Chaymaa Ayouch, MGP, has extensive experience in project management and operational efficiency, currently serving as Responsable de groupe and Gestionnaire de projets at GIRO since March 2020. Previously, Chaymaa held the position of Directrice TI et Opérations at the Association québécoise des transports (AQTr) from August 2014 to March 2020, overseeing IT departments and service operations, and driving operational improvements across various departments. Chaymaa's expertise includes project participation in database and mobile application development, process optimization, and change management. Prior experience includes roles at Institut Pasteur focused on enhancing medical service delivery and a research internship at Université Laval related to transportation management. Chaymaa holds a Master's degree in project management from UQAM, a certificate in project management from HEC Montréal, and a Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from ESITH/Laval.
