Ashley Estes, MBA, currently serves as an Associate Advisory Board Member for Girls Inc. of Greater Philadelphia & Southern New Jersey since September 2023. In a prominent role at Subaru of America since June 2018, Ashley has progressed to Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, previously holding positions such as Marketing Manager for Brand Partnerships and Brand Advertising Production Specialist. Ashley's extensive experience includes roles at Evoke Health as an Account Supervisor, Razorfish Healthware as a Senior Account Manager, and various positions at Ogilvy & Mather, where responsibilities spanned global marketing campaigns and brand strategy. Ashley holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Temple University and a B.A. in Advertising/Public Relations with a focus on Dispute Management Resolution from Penn State University.
