Kate Rohald is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in e-commerce and culinary strategy, currently serving as Senior Director of E-Commerce at Whole Foods Market since October 2015. In this role, Kate oversees grocery delivery, pickup, catering, and direct-to-consumer initiatives. Previously, Kate held various leadership positions in global culinary and data engineering, driving strategic improvements in Prepared Foods and Bakery departments, as well as managing teams to enhance enterprise analytics. Kate also contributes to GirlForward as a board member and has held analytical roles at ICF International and The Louis Berger Group. Educationally, Kate holds a Master of Engineering Management from Duke University and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Emory University.
