Vanessa Cocuzzo has over seven years of professional work experience. Vanessa began their career in 2014 as a Front of House Supervisor at Moxie's Grill & Bar. In 2018, they joined Luxy Hair as an Executive Assistant where they were responsible for the #1 rated hair extension brand in the world. In 2021, they joined Girlboss as a People Operations Associate and Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer.

Vanessa Cocuzzo has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Education (BEd) from Lakehead University.
