Rebecca Perdue, CPTM, has extensive experience in volunteer training and development, currently serving as the Volunteer Training and Development Manager at Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast since February 2014. In this role, Rebecca assesses and updates training curriculum, creating new training courses to align with national standards and the organization's strategic plan. Previous positions include Volunteer Support and Training Manager, where supervision of a volunteer support team and training modifications occurred, and Engagement Consultant, which involved using Salesforce-based CRM for volunteer registration processes and updating background check criteria. Additional roles include Volunteer Support Specialist and Membership Manager, focusing on member retention and community engagement. Rebecca's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Roosevelt University and a Technical Diploma in Paralegal studies from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
