Martha Taylor, SPHR, currently serves as a Board Member for the Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council since June 2023. Taylor has extensive experience in human resources, holding multiple managerial roles within Kroger from December 2017 to the present, including Human Resources Manager, District Manager, Operations Manager, and Marketing and Advertising Manager. Prior to this, from January 1994 to September 2017, Taylor was the Senior Director of Talent Hiring and Retention at Kroger, overseeing recruiting processes and supporting HR functions for over 20 regional teams, and served as Director of Human Resources responsible for HR operations for more than 35,000 associates. Additionally, Taylor was an Officer and Dallas Regional Committee Member for the Network of Executive Women from January 2009 to January 2015.
