Shayna Bartlett is an experienced professional with a strong background in volunteer management and communication. Currently serving as Volunteer Relations Manager at Girl Scouts of North East Ohio since March 2017, Shayna oversees the volunteer recognition program and proactively addresses conflicts to further the organization's mission. Prior roles within the organization include Volunteer Relations Coordinator and Community Membership Executive, where Shayna enhanced volunteer appreciation and exceeded membership goals. Earlier experience includes positions at Ulta Beauty as Associate Manager- People, where recruitment and training were key responsibilities, and academic roles at Kent State University as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Communication Intern. Shayna holds a Master of Arts in Communication Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in Communication Studies and Dance from Kent State University.
