Melissa Crespo is the Community Outreach Program Manager at the Girl Scouts of Connecticut since April 2014, where responsibilities include coordinating teams to serve over 4,000 girls annually in underserved communities, developing partnerships with organizations and schools, and overseeing program curriculum and staffing across ten market areas. Previously, Melissa served as the Lead Preschool Teacher at 'My' Nursery School from May 2008 to April 2014, managing communication between parents and staff, assisting with center operations, and facilitating educational programs. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from Rider University, graduated in 2008.
