Christa Badstein is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business transformation and coaching. Currently serving as the Head Volleyball Coach at the Orange County Department of Environment, Agriculture, Parks & Recreation since August 2017 and as an Assistant Volleyball Coach at JAMMERS VOLLEYBALL CLUB INC since August 2021, Christa also holds a position as a Senior Business Transformation Specialist at Lenovo since May 2005, where responsibilities include leading major IT deployments and overseeing important projects related to incentive compensation and data management. In addition to coaching roles, Christa participates as a Girl Scout Troop Leader for the Girl Scouts Carolinas Peaks to Piedmont and serves as the Treasurer for the RTP Volleyball League. Christa earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from North Carolina State University and has a strong educational foundation that includes experiences from several institutions.
