Lara Caplygin currently serves as the Acting General Manager Operations at East Gippsland Catchment Management Authority since March 2024 and holds the position of Director at Gippsland Community Foundation since November 2023. Additionally, Lara is a Senior Project Manager at Crossco Consulting P/L, commencing in September 2023. Previously, Lara worked at East Gippsland Water for 14 years, where roles included Executive Manager Strategy, Treatment Manager, and Operations. Lara completed a Bachelor of Engineering at the University of Melbourne between 2002 and 2006 and recently attended the Australian Institute of Company Directors from June to November 2023.
