Sam Smith currently serves as a Commercial Manager at Ginsters, responsible for managing and growing key accounts including Lidl, Waitrose, Ocado, Amazon, and One Stop since August 2023. Prior to this role, Sam held a Commercial Graduate position at Samworth Brothers from September 2021 to August 2023, gaining experience as an Account Manager overseeing online accounts and as a Commercial Executive assisting on major accounts. Earlier experience includes serving as a Pharmacy Driver during the COVID-19 pandemic, an internship at Pick n Pay focusing on chilled prepared meals, and a Face to Face Fundraiser for RNLI. Sam's educational background includes a BSc (Hons) in Food Marketing & Nutrition from Newcastle University and a Level 5 Apprenticeship in Operational/Departmental Management from the Chartered Management Institute.
