Abhijit Narayan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in Corporate/M&A, particularly focusing on India and the Middle East. Currently serving as Foreign Counsel and Head of the India Desk for Continental Europe at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP since March 2019, Abhijit Narayan is also actively mentoring startups through Startup India and holds the position of Executive Fellow at Woxsen University. As an Ambassador for the German Indian Startup Exchange Program, Abhijit Narayan contributes to strengthening economic ties between Germany and India. Additional roles include membership at the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce and previous experience as a Foreign Lawyer at Hengeler Mueller. Abhijit Narayan holds an LL.M. in Corporate Laws from New York University School of Law and has a diverse educational background including political science and law degrees from institutions in Delhi.
