The network of Gino Rossi brand stores in Poland and abroad comprises of 75 stores and the network of SIMPLE creative products comprises of 49 stores. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated five wholly owned subsidiaries: Simple Creative Products SA, MWM-Gino Rossi Sp. z o.o. w likwidacji, MB Shops Sp. z o.o. w likwidacji, Garda Sp. z o.o. and Como Sp. z o.o. w likwidacji.
