Nate Raynor is an experienced professional in investment management and real estate development, currently serving at Ginn Group since September 2021. Previously, Nate held the role of Real Estate Development & Investments Analyst at Hurley Development from March 2021 to September 2021, focusing on market research and financial project analysis. As the Director of Operations and Co-founder at Growth|Media from January 2016 to September 2021, Nate provided technical design solutions for commercial architects and real estate developers. Prior experience includes serving as a Real Estate Development Consultant at Enviwest LLC, where project analysis and entitlement research were key responsibilities, and as a Lab Manager at Intertek. Nate holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from Portland State University and a Bachelor's degree from Washington State University.
