Youssef MAHIR is an experienced IT professional with a strong focus on cloud solutions and system management. Currently serving as an MS 365 & Cloud Expert at GINKO since January 2021, Youssef specializes in the migration of SharePoint and Exchange environments. Prior to this role, Youssef was the IT Operations Manager at Econocom from February 2009 to January 2021, overseeing multi-technology service delivery, project management, and team leadership while ensuring adherence to ITIL and Agile methodologies. Youssef's earlier roles include IT Manager and Systems Consultant, contributing to various significant projects such as migrations, high availability implementations, and backup solutions. Youssef holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in network and system administration from VINCI (2005-2009).
