Christian Henry is the current director at Ginkgo Bioworks. Prior to this, they held various executive positions at companies such as Wave Life Sciences, Illumina, Tickets.com, and Affymetrix. Christian has also served as a corporate controller at Nektar Therapeutics. Henry has experience in fields such as sales, marketing, product development, informatics, and finance.

Christian Henry has a BA in Biochemistry/Cell Biology from UC San Diego and an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business.
