Anna C. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and management. As Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Gimle since July 2022, Anna has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Prior experience includes a role at Konica Minolta Ukraine as Customer Experience and Service Quality specialist from February 2022 to July 2023 and as Head of Customer Care Department at Vega Telecom Group from August 2018 to 2020. Additionally, at Farlep-Invest, Anna held positions from November 2012 to August 2018, including Head Of Sales Support and Leading Specialist of Technical Support. Anna began the career as Regional Policy Manager at Alkar-Teleport from September 2004 to November 2008. Anna holds a Specialist’s degree in Sociology from Dnipropetrovs'kij Nacional'nij Universitet, earned between 2005 and 2010.
