Chad Leeson has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Chad began their career in the US Navy as a Registered Respiratory Therapist before transitioning to the business world. In 2000, Chad founded Leeson Business Group, Inc., where they successfully formed partnerships with physicians and clinics to establish and support sleep disorder clinics.
Chad also served as the Owner/Operator of Columbia Gorge CrossFit from 2010 to 2015 and as a Pastor at The Bridge Community Church from 2007 to 2014. During their time as a Pastor, they played a crucial role in establishing the vision and mission of the organization, providing leadership, and mentoring future leaders.
In the corporate sector, Chad worked as a Director of Human Resources at Azure Standard from 2014 to 2017. Within this role, they created training programs, developed change management plans, and ensured organizational effectiveness. Chad later became the Area Supervisor and HR Manager at Hattenhauer Distributing, where they supervised convenience and gas station managers, increased sales, and trained and developed staff.
Chad's experience as a Professional Speaker at the John Maxwell Team since 2020 showcases their expertise in public speaking. More recently, they took on the role of Human Resources Director at Gills Point S Tire & Auto Service in 2021.

Chad Leeson earned their Bachelor's degree in Bible/Biblical Studies/Pastoral Ministry from Multnomah University, between 2004 and 2007. Chad also obtained a CrossFit certification from CrossFit, Inc. in November 2011.
