Joana Avelar Quintas is a highly skilled landscape architect with extensive experience, currently serving as a Senior Landscape Architect at Gillespies since October 2016. Prior roles include Landscape Architect positions at PROAP - Arquitectura Paisagista, SA, and Gustafson Porter LLP, as well as earlier positions such as Assistant Landscape Architect and Graduate Landscape Architect. Joana's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture with Distinction from the University of Greenwich, alongside a Master in Regeneration of Architecture & Urban Centres and a BSc in Architecture from FAUL - Faculdade de Arquitectura Universidade de Lisboa. Additionally, Joana has a musical background, having completed studies in cello at the Music School of National Conservatory of Lisbon.
