Manny Rodriguez is an experienced communications professional specializing in public affairs and social marketing within the HIV sector. Currently serving as Director of US Public Affairs, HIV Communications at Gilead Sciences since February 2022, Manny leads communication initiatives that highlight Gilead's leadership in HIV prevention, treatment, and cure. Previously, Manny worked at FHI 360 in various roles, including Director of Programs, where efforts supported national media initiatives for the CDC, and as Associate Director of Social Marketing and Communication. With a background that includes positions at the Florida Department of Health and Center One - AIDS Project Florida, Manny has developed and implemented strategic communication plans, managed teams, and coordinated outreach programs aimed at reducing HIV transmission and increasing awareness. Manny holds a B.A. in Communication from Florida Atlantic University.
