Kimberly Vasquez is a Postdoctoral Scientist at Gilead Sciences, with a robust academic and research background in microbiology and immunology. Successfully completed a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology at Stanford University, where extensive work in the Huang Lab involved characterizing bacterial evolution in the intestine using DNA barcoding techniques. Prior to this, Kimberly served as a Junior Specialist in the Rosenblum Lab at UCSF, focusing on immune tolerance mechanisms, and held various research positions including a Research Associate Intern at NGM Biopharmaceuticals and Laboratory Helper roles at UC Berkeley.
