Ashley Gildea is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Executive Business Unit Director for Oncology & Cell Therapy and Oncology & Acute Anti-Infectives at Gilead Sciences since November 2020. Prior to this role, Ashley held multiple positions at Bristol Myers Squibb from May 2010 to November 2020, including Director of Global Commercial Strategy and U.S. Melanoma Launch Lead, where strategic market research and launch efforts for oncology products were pivotal. Additional roles at Bristol Myers Squibb involved integration leadership during the Celgene acquisition and oversight of commercial strategy and operations in international markets.
