Jim Carpenter, CHC, currently serves as the Director of Operations at Gilbane Building Company since April 2018. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Project Executive at Hunt Construction Group from September 2013 to April 2018, where responsibilities included overall management of multiple projects and owner relations. Jim's earlier experience at L.F. Driscoll from March 2002 to September 2013 encompassed various Sr. Project Manager roles, notably involving the pre-construction and construction of significant healthcare facilities, including a 72-bed hospital for Penn State and several operating rooms at Reading Hospital. Jim's educational background includes studies in civil engineering at LaSalle University and Adams State University.
