Dave Belfiore is an experienced estimator and project manager with a demonstrated history in the construction industry. Currently serving as an Estimator II at Gilbane Building Company since March 2021, Dave specializes in construction management services for the NYC SCA JOC Program. Previous roles include Estimator/Project Manager at Piece Management Inc., where responsibilities included liaising with major retail clients and overseeing high-end commercial projects. At Total Concept Construction, Inc., Dave honed skills in cost computation and site surveys, while earlier experience as a Project Coordinator at Town Food Service Equipment involved preparing project estimates and proposals. Dave’s career began as a Drafting Intern at Belfiore Architects, PC, complemented by a Certificate in Buildings and Construction from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from Stony Brook University.
