Naresh Pradhan has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 as an Assistant Manager at The Federal Bank Ltd. NARESH then moved on to become a Branch Manager at Federal Bank in 2012. Currently, they are working as a Project Manager at Gigforce, where they are leading the BFSI Project in Rajasthan. Their responsibilities include dealing with various banks and NBFCs for tie-ups and recruiting a sales force for the selling of loans.

Naresh Pradhan completed their Bachelor of Commerce - BCom degree in Business/Commerce, General from Shri Kalyan Government College, from 1999 to 2002. NARESH further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained an M Com degree in commerce from 2003 to 2005. Prior to attending Shri Kalyan Government College, Naresh Pradhan attended Jain School, Sikar but no specific degree or field of study was provided for this period.
