Ram Ofir is a Strategic Advisor at GigCapital. Ram has also served as the President & CEO at Amimon from May 2012 to November 2018. Prior to that, they were the Sr. VP & GM Home Entertainment Div at CSR from August 2011 to December 2011. From January 2004 to December 2011, they served as the Sr. VP & General Manager, Home Entertainment Div. at Zoran. Ram also served as the Sr. VP Corporate R&D at Zoran from January 2001 to August 2005. From July 1999 to July 2001, they served as the Sr. Director Multimedia Products at Zoran.

Ram Ofir holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
