Sharon Coe has extensive experience in billing and revenue assurance, currently serving as a Revenue Assurance Analyst at Gigaclear since October 2022. Prior to this role, Sharon worked as a Project Billing Analyst at mdgroup, a Billing Reconciliation Analyst at FluidOne, and in various capacities at TalkTalk, including Senior Billing Improvement Lead and Mobile Billing Operations Senior. Sharon began their career as a Pricing and Billing Analyst at Class Networks and served as a Billing Assurance Executive at TalkTalk. Earlier experience includes working as a Tariff Data Coordinator at Jersey Telecom, where significant responsibilities were held within the billing team. Sharon holds several qualifications from Highlands College and Grainville School in Jersey.
