Previously, Franck held leadership positions at AXA Gulf and AXA France, focusing on sales, distribution, product design, and claims management for individual customers. Franck holds a post-graduate degree in Private Law (Insurance) from Aix-Marseille University and has completed the TELEMAQUE - AXA University Global Leadership program at INSEAD.
