Arjun Balaguru Baskaran is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at GIC since September 2018, focusing on sovereign wealth fund management. Prior to this role, Arjun held positions as a Summer Analyst at Balyasny Asset Management L.P., where involvement included long-short equity strategies, and worked as an Investment Analyst at the International Finance Corporation, specializing in private equity investing. Earlier in the career, Arjun was a Research Associate at Premji Invest, concentrating on public markets investing. Arjun holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Statistics from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
