Yong Xiang Tham has a strong background in information technology and software engineering, with over a decade of professional experience. Currently serving as a Senior IT Analyst at GIC since September 2011, Yong Xiang Tham previously held roles as an IT Analyst at the same organization and as a Software Engineer at Hewlett-Packard from August 2010 to August 2011. Yong Xiang Tham began a career in education as an Instructor at Children's Technology Workshop from January 2008 to April 2018. Obtaining a Master of Information Technology with a focus on Finance Service from Singapore Management University in 2015, Yong Xiang Tham also holds a Bachelor of Computing in E-Commerce from the National University of Singapore, completed in 2010.
