James Paul Hudock is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end dining and hospitality. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Gibson Island Club, Inc. since August 2017, James also founded Cide Kic, a food and beverage consultancy specializing in catering and events, in November 2016. Prior roles include Executive Chef at Sulgrave Club from July 2001 to November 2016 and at The Jefferson Hotel in Washington, D.C. from January 1996 to March 2001, where James oversaw culinary operations in prestigious environments. Additional experience includes positions at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Hotel Bel-Air, along with a foundational role as a cook at Hyatt Regency Orlando. James holds a degree from Johnson & Wales University and a designation as a Certified Specialist of Wine from the Society of Wine Educators.
