Jak Kramer, ARM, serves as Principal and Risk Advisor at Gibson since June 2019, specializing in risk management and insurance services for business clients by identifying and quantifying risk exposures. Prior experience includes positions at Indiana State University as an Office Assistant for the Office of Student Conduct and Integrity and Welcome Team Leader, where communication and public speaking skills were developed. Internships at RT Specialty, WSIA, Crum & Forster, and Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance provided extensive exposure to various facets of the insurance industry, enhancing underwriting and industry knowledge. Jak Kramer earned a Bachelor's degree in Insurance and Risk Management from Indiana State University in 2019 and also studied at the American College of Thessaloniki.
