Brandy McGrath is an experienced Labour Relations Manager currently at Gibson Energy since April 2022, having previously served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to Gibson Energy, Brandy held multiple roles at Clean Harbors from June 2014 to March 2022, including Human Resources Director and Talent Acquisition Manager, leading a team of over 20 across North America and managing recruitment strategies. Brandy's earlier experience includes working as an HR Manager Business Partner at Clean Harbors, where collaboration with business leaders across Canada was key for HR policy development. Brandy also served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Finning (Canada) from December 2009 to June 2014, focusing on communication and application of Collective Agreements in Alberta and British Columbia, and held recruitment roles at OEM Remanufacturing and CNRL prior to that.
