Liezl Wagenaar is an experienced instructional designer currently working at GIBS Business School since April 2023, where responsibilities include designing educational materials and collaborating with stakeholders to analyze learning needs. Prior to this role, Liezl served as a learning designer at Construct from November 2019 to April 2023 and worked as an induction videographer at Anglo from 2004 to 2022, focusing on creating audio-visual training content for mining workers. Liezl's background also includes positions as a post-production lecturer at AFDA Cape Town from June 2019 to November 2021, multimedia developer and learning strategist at Sukuma Group from October 2015 to July 2019, and education marketing manager at Avuxeni Computer Academy from February 2012 to November 2015, among others. Liezl holds a Master's degree in Education and ICT from the University of Limpopo and a BA in Communication Honors with a focus on Audio Visual Communication, Graphic Design, and Creative Writing from the University of Potchefstroom.
