Edgardo Vaccari is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and sales within the staffing and human resources industry. Since April 2014, Edgardo has served as a Regional Key Account at Gi Group, overseeing the acquisition and management of key clients in Northern Italy while negotiating complex product offerings including Search and Selection, Permanent Staffing, Temporary Staffing, Headhunting, Outsourcing, and Training. Prior roles include Senior Sales Expert, Hub Manager, and Senior Sales Account Manager at INTOO Srl, as well as Coordinatore Politiche Attive and Referente nazionale politiche attive at Gi Group, where responsibilities included monitoring public active policy plans and commercial actions to establish partnerships. Edgardo also acted as Public Administration Manager for Lombardia, representing Gi Group's vision and mission to local institutions and associations.
