Heidi Smith currently serves as the Co-Leader of CEO Succession Practice at ghSMART since 2013. Prior to this, Heidi held the position of VP, Business Development and Strategy at Talbots from 2010 to 2012. Earlier in their career, Heidi was a Principal at Bain & Company from 2003 to 2010, and a Senior Analyst at The Walt Disney Company from 1998 to 2001. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from Harvard University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School.
